I understand that dog training is not without risk to me, members of my family or my dog. I agree that in the event of injury to my family, my dog(s) or myself, I will hold Sandi Pensinger or Living with Dogs (LWD) and the property owner where the class is held harmless from any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person, any animal or anything, that may have arisen out of or in any way connected with, participation in training classes held by Sandi Pensinger and/or her trainers, assistants and representatives. Furthermore, I assume all responsibility for any loss, damage or injury done to myself, property, other persons, or other dogs by my dog's actions or by me and that LWD reserves the right to determine if dog or human behavior is inappropriate for the learning environment. I understand that performance training of any type is an activity requiring myself and my dog to be physically fit. My veterinarian has examined my dog and agrees that my dog is in condition to perform in this training class. My dog(s) is free of any infectious disease and is vaccinated for distemper, parvovirus and rabies. Rabies is only required for dogs over 4 months old. My dog is also free of contagious internal or external parasitic problems and is free of any contagious respiratory problem or skin disorder. I understand that class sizes are limited and that my spot in the class will only be reserved for me only when my payment has been received and acknowledged. I understand that I need to make this class a priority and to be committed to this class in order to be successful training my dog. I understand that no refunds will be given once I have started my first class. I understand that class enrollment is not transferable to a different class, another dog or parties outside my household. I understand that there are no free make-up sessions for missed classes, no exceptions. Private lessons are available by appointment for an additional fee if you miss a class. I understand that the handbook is available on a yahoo group online and all class announcements will be sent by email and I agree to check my email frequently during the course of this class.
